This kind welding machine is well known for its upper-lower dual cylinder structure and its lower cylinder is double layers cylinder. The lower cylinder does not move until the welding is finished. Once the welding process is completed and you need to move the welding piece the lower cylinder will move downward.

General descriptions of structure

PN series Platoon Welding machines are widely used in metal processing industry, especially used for the welding ofΦ1.5~Φ8 steel wires and stainless steel screen. Double standard computerized control cabinet is used to set up welding current parameter and 8 kinds digital welding specification can be stored and the data can be displayed on the LCD panel. It is also equipped with upper-lower cylinders. Upper cylinder is used for welding and lower cylinder is used to help move the working pieces, which is very helpful to increase welding efficiency. Maximum space between tow working pieces can up to be 300mm. Welding pressure is expected to be adjusted according to the different thickness of the welding pieces to get a reliable and beautiful welding.
